The Saratoga Springs Showcase of Homes Awards.

Witt Construction has a winning home design approach.

The Saratoga Springs Showcase of Homes, which was a perennial favorite with homeowners and area residents, is a revealing venue for local home designers and builders.

For more than 14 years, Witt Construction and his team have won awards every consecutive year.  In this very competitive environment, Witt Construction stands out.  For instance, in 2008, it swept every award, including Best Master Bath, Best Exterior Architecture, Best Kitchen, Best Landscaping, Best Workmanship, Best Interior Floor Plan, Best Interior Decorating, and the People’s Choice.

John Witt says The Showcase is a “fun, great event, and a great challenge every year.

How does Witt manage to so consistently walk away with so many awards, year after year?

“Every year, our house has a theme, and we stay true to that theme,” John says.

“From the initial site plan through the interior decorating, we maintain quality, imagination, practicality, and the use of local and appealing building methods and materials, plus enthusiasm—all of which gives us an edge when it comes to winning those awards.”

  2. Could you just share with me the exterior color on this beautiful home.
