Please join us for the 4th annual Adirondack Builders Tour of Homes, organized by the Builders and Remodelers Association of Northern New York (BRANNY).
2010 Adirondack Builders Tour of Homes, sponsored by the Warren County Board of Realtors, offers the public the opportunity to see the latest advances in home construction. There are nine featured home located throughout the Queensbury, Moreau, Lake George, Brant Lake and North Creek areas. Visitors will see the newest trends in technology and building techniques.
Please join us at the Ski Bowl Village in North Creek to view the first ever Ski-In-Ski-Out’s at Gore Mountain! $10 at the door and benefit the Chapman Historical Museum. We hope to see you there!
Visit all nine homes and get the chance to vote for People’s Choice of Best Home and the Best Theme of the 2010 Adirondack Builders Tour of Homes. The theme will be “A Thanksgiving Table.” Home designers and decorators will compete for the best in holiday table settings, and centerpieces.
Tickets can be purchased at a number of locations including the Chapman Historical Museum, Adirondack Audio and Video, Dream Furniture and Glens Falls National Bank, and on the tour days at any of the homes. Tickets, which cost $10.00, may be used for both days. Participants who visit all the homes will be eligible to win a 50 inch flat screen TV donated by the Board of Realtors and Adirondack Audio & Video.
The purpose of the Builders and Remodelers Association of Northern New York, a professional trade association, is to serve the entire housing industry. Members include new home builders, and developers, remodelers, light commercial contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, financial institutions, realtors, architects, engineers, and other allied craftsmen and business people.
